Haut Couture Blanc Sparkling

Pours with a very frothy mousse which dissipates to reveal a very pale straw base that’s threaded by exceptionally tiny and persistent bubbles. Aromas of citrus and pear meld into some light toast, baked apple and subtle lees notes. Fruity apple and pear flavours reside over a back drop of baked bread and sherbet. Moderately creamed feel finishing dry and crisp with a medium length aftertaste.
