Tasting note: Brilliant straw gold. A mildly acidic lift to the nose, becoming more floral with tea biscuits and subtle sponge cake developing over background peat. Air contact sees a touch of wool-shed emerge along with mild baked citrus. Oxidised apple? Green cardamom? Middle weighted palate offers soft puffs of pipe smoke followed by flavours of sponge cake, salted cracker and hints of lanolin. Crisp to finish before creamy peat carries the aftertaste. Medium length. Fresh and elegant young Bunnah'. 43% Alc./Vol.
