Peated Bunnah', not quite a 'Staoisha' but something more sedate; Shy aromas of smoked meats and a palate that delivers a tasty mix of bbq, sweet peat and pure, nutty malt. Complexity isn't high but the flavour profile is everything you'd expect with these credentials. Light lanolin combines vanilla and white pepper through the finish. 50% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Soft gentle peat, hints of warming spices with some fruit and smoke on the nose. Wonderfully smooth with sweet fruits, dates, candied pecans, cracked black pepper in the mouth. A long, warm, peppery sweet smoke finish.
