Gleann Mor Spirits Distilled at a Lowland Distillery in Ayrshire 8 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Distilled in April 2013 at an undisclosed lowland Ayrshire-based distillery and bottled by Edinburgh based Independent bottlers, Gleann Mor Spirits in November 2021. 3-4 minutes of air contact reveals attractive malty definition and depth on the nose, following through in a superb melt-in-your mouth delivery of buttered pop corn, shortbread, honey, light caramels with sweet oily barley with tingling spices in support. Ends like a fruity Speysider (pears and apples). Simple but absolutely delicious malt that could be mistaken for a whisky twice its age. 50% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... A mix of sweet, dark fruit and fresh tobacco leaves. Sweet bourbon, dark honey, and oranges with a little mint in the mouth; a long sweet spicy finish.
