Gamondi Creme de Cassis (Blackcurrant) Liqueur (1000ml)

Prepared with an infusion of fresh black currants in alcohol, after three months the macerate was pressed to obtain a low alcohol liqueur that's thick and dark in appearance. Traditionally a French speciality, this version from Italy has a bouquet that's intensely curranty and ribena-like with a creamy and luscious entry that shows good volume through the middle stages. The acid and fruit drive aren't sustained, ending this on a cordial-like note. Value buy for fruity cocktails. 15% Alc./Vol.
