Gabriel Boudier Liqueur de Nori Seaweed Liqueur (700ml)

Boudier's Nori liqueur was the winning entry created by Matthew Cusworth from Hoot the Redeemer in Edinburgh during the Wizard Competition 2020/2021. The bartender competition challenges participants to create the best and most original liqueurs of the year. Production employs nori and dulse seaweed, dried for flavour preservation, macerated, filtered to remove residues, then finally rounded off by a very small addition of sugar to balance the flavours. The unique taste experience adds a saline and umami note to drinks. It can also be used in cooking to bring a marine touch to certain dishes (such as marinades, sauces or desserts). 22% Alc./Vol.
