In order to capture the essence of the fruit, Gabriel Boudier perform a maceration in Williams Pear eau-de-vie. A touch of lemon juice balances the whole, along with a careful dose of sugar, dissolved directly into the alcohol base. Considered one of the more compelling references in the company's range, this indulgent liqueur is for lovers of exotic fruits.
