Gabriel Boudier Chipotle Liqueur (700ml)

Botanically considered a fruit (or berry) the Chipolte is a ripe, smoke-dried jalapeño pepper. Boudier's liqueur blends its heat with added complexity from separate infusions of raisins, nutmeg and ginger. Pepper alcoholates, including grey pepper and Kampot pepper are also included for extra aromatic depth and a spicy kick.
