Tasting note: Bright brassy gold. Impresses with powerful aromas of dried fig, dates and toast in the opening inspections with hints of marmalade in later passes. Delicate silky entry leads into a light to medium bodied, mildly peppery, dried fruit and raisin cake profile. Good concentration. Finishes gently honeyed yet dry with hints of almond flan. Very attractive VS. 40% Alc./Vol.
