Four Pillars' third Distiller Series Gin released in Autumn 2020 showcases classic Japanese flavours and Australian botanicals. They partnered with fellow IWSC Gin Producers of the Year, 'The Kyoto Distillery', taking the unique seasonal botanicals from Australia and Japan to create a gin that drinks brilliantly in all weathers and seasons. The result has big bright aromas of pine needle, green citrus from yuzu and desert lime, and light green tea. The quandong and kinmokusei flowers add a fruity flavour and the texture is driven by hinoki, red pine and dense juniper. Recommended in a G&T with honeydew. Limited allocation. 43.8% Alc./Vol.
