Tasting note: Four Pillars' fourth 'Distiller Series' gin is a collaboration with Stranger & Sons in Goa, India. Spice themed, it offers moderate, integrated aromas of crushed pine buds, lime pie and chilli flakes, later accenting turmeric. Medium-bodied, earthy juniper builds with a rush of all-spice and lemon barley sugar followed by hints of anise through the finish. Recommended with a twist of lime and a pinch of salt for a bright and savoury G&T. 43.8% Alc./Vol.
