Four Pillars Dry Island Gin (700ml)

An international collaboration in gin that combines the talents of Jon Hillgren (Founder and Master Distiller, Hernö Gin) and Cameron Mackenzie (Founder and Distiller, Four Pillars Gin). The pair have created a one-off embodying the best of both countries, distilling with juniper, coriander, river mint, roasted wattleseed, strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, and fresh lemons plus added meadowsweet from Sweden. A genuine limited addition, so stocks won't last long.

Tasting note: Crystal clear. Big bouquet; a burst of citrus followed by coriander seed, curry leaf, white pepper and unusual herbal / grassy notes (meadowsweet?) Fresh, full bodied, spicy attack includes flavours of juniper, coriander, peppermint and lemon verbena. Warming, herbal, vibrant and long to finish with ripe lemon and pepper through the aftertaste. A zesty London Dry style recommended for Martinis or in a Golden Bijou. 42.8% Alc./Vol.
