Four Pillars 2025 Australian Christmas Gin (700ml)

To make this special annual release, Four Pillars distill all the ingredients needed to make a perfect Christmas pud, then age the liquid for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels. The resulting gin has aromatics of classic juniper and a hint of cinnamon, backed up with a rich palate and a hint of sweetness from the Muscat. Sip it neat, mix it with ginger ale or beer, or try it in some great cocktails. As with previous editions, an Australian artist is tasked to create a label that depicts their own interpretation of an Australian Christmas. For this, the tenth annual release, Four Pillars returned to one of their favourites, Andrea Huelin, who created the much-loved 2021 label.
