Tasting note: Flowstate Brewers and Distillers are family owned and based in Torquay on Victoria’s Surf Coast. With backgrounds in brewing and horticulture, they've created a gin using traditional botanicals, as well as locally sourced coastal daisy, pepperberry, hops and mixed citrus. Fruity on the nose with suggestions of ripe grapefruit, boiled lemons, light coriander, angelica and elderflower, this soft, round, medium-bodied gin builds with juniper and warming spices, and ends with a tangy, citrus accent. Easy drinking. Try it with an orange and rosemary garnish. 40% Alc./Vol.
