Rather than blend a number of distillates together, El Dorado's Single Barrel Collection presents rums from three of the oldest working stills in the world. 'PM' comes from the Port Mourant still, a double-pot 18th Century Greenheart still that produced rum for the British Royal Navy for nearly two centuries. Presented in an elegant tapered bottle with a hang tag booklet providing a background to the Port Mourant still and its place in history, it comes aged for a minimum of twelve years in x-bourbon barrels. 40% Alc./Vol.
