Pronounced yeast lees and baked bread aromas mix with hints of strawberry, brioche and oily toast like notes. The stimulating palate features baked bread, yeast lees and oily toast nuances over delicate pear and strawberry fruits. Dry, chalky back drop with crisp acidity leading into a quite lean, oily textured finish.
