Eden Mill Hop Gin (500ml)

A combination of brewing and distilling. Galaxy hops are a core ingredient, alongside juniper berries, angelica and coriander.

Tasting note: Brilliant pale gold. Moderate aromas of mango lassi and dried apricot over hints of coriander. Oily textured but also delicately bitter with dried mango, apricot and vaguely herbal flavours. Concludes dry, fleeting. Odd. 46% Alc./Vol.
