East London Liquor Co. Ltd Demerara Rum (700ml)

Like their excellent Navy Strength version, ELLC haven't actually distilled this rum, instead they sourced it from Guyana and bottled it. Produced from 100% Demerara sugar using the world's only surviving wooden column still (which should give away its provenance), it spent over 3 years in x Bourbon casks prior to be being bottled in the UK. Expect a lighter, unsweetened Demerara style that will be a change of pace for those used to Velier's more weighty expressions, for example. 40% Alc./Vol.
