Tasting note: Crystal clear / ideal clarity. Yields intense, semi-sweet blanco aromas of brine and mustard pickle along with green tomato salsa plus hints of furniture wax. Concentrated yet poised with a spicy, vaguely fruity, salty, smokey, grass-like profile and a fresh, muted menthol-like finish. Brine and pickle aftertaste. The high ABV is kept in check.50% Alc./Vol.

Attractive and interesting aromas of toasty buttery peanut and almond brittle, salty sunflower seeds, and raisin bran with a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming toasty granola, dried tropical fruit, pinecone, white pepper, and creamy nougat accented finish. Intriguingly different.
