Dr. Heather Duncan's Christmas Bitters (100ml)

This is Heather Duncan's Christmas bitters, a limited edition that arose from Dr. Adam Elemgirab's partner's desire to capture the spirit of Christmas in a bottle. The bitters are indeed reminiscent of a Christmas holiday, with the whiff of ginger bread , mulled wine and spiced fruit, resulting from the careful blend of cloves, cinnamon and citrus peels in overproof rum.

25ml Fresh Orange Juice
12.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
