Tasting note: Made from Ugni Blanc grapes and matured for two years. Amber topaz. Attractive, medium dry, fruity aromas of ripe plums, figs and raisins follow in a graceful, medium to full-bodied, fruit cake accented delivery with good balance and freshness. The finish is tangy with vanilla, raisins and oak spices. Very good, but arguably more brandy-like than cognac. Good base for long drinks. 40% Alc./Vol.
