A Travel Retail exclusive from Deanston's Senior Blender, Dr Kirstie McCallum, this whisky underwent a three-step blending process combining ex-Bourbon casks with Bordeaux cask matured whiskies. Finally, in 2018, a full term 10 year old Bordeaux red wine matured Deanston was added to the mix. Expect aromas and flavours of bitter dark chocolate, syrupy treacle toffee and red wine along with Deanston’s classic honeyed notes. 46.3% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
