This is Crawley's most popular 'contemporary' syrup created by Alexx Stuart, head bartender at the Lotus Bar. She had left a large pan of organic orange and vanilla beans on gas heat too long whilst serving customers. When she returned to it, it had semi-caramelised and turned slightly dark but tasted incredible. Enjoy this flash of serendipity and try it in an Old Fashioned, any Collins cocktail, Sours or Punch. Non alcoholic.
