Light weight, crimson colour with mauve edges. Fresh aromatic nose, with spicy raspberry aromas displaying the influence of maceration carbonique (where whole berries are fermented, instead of being crushed first). The palate is soft, delicate with good weight but without length. Dry finish, with spicy raspberry aftertaste. A good summer quaffer.
