Collet Brut Champagne

An excellent entry level Champagne that’s rich and quite full in style yet airy in its flow.

Made from a blend of 50% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir with 35% reserve wines included. Fine satiny mousse with a pale straw pale gold tinged base that has a very fine and persistent bead flowing through it. Elevated aromas of citrus, baked bread and yeast lees fill the nostrils with hints of brioche, cashew and chalk also evident. Rich and quite full in style yet airy in its flow, baked bread, citrus and yeast lees flavours are interwoven with brioche and delicate cashew. Crisp acidity with a dry, slightly chalky feel across the long mouth watering finish. An excellent entry level Champagne.
