Collet Brut Champagne

Opens with a frothy mousse that dissipates relatively quickly to reveal a pale straw/gold base colour. Excellent bead showing good persistence. Rich aromatics of baked bread, yeast lees and citrus evolve from the glass with dried honey and subtle brioche end notes. The palate has a slight oiliness to the mouthfeel with flavours of oily baked bread, yeast lees, toast and traces of citrus. Crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of oily baked bread, toast, yeast lees and hints of almonds.
