Top note of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew with just a hint of citrus, showing good persistence. Creamy mouthfeel, perfectly balanced acidity. On the palate nuances of biscuit, nougat and spice. Excellent length. Long aftertaste of biscuit and nougat.
