ABV: 30%

Commemorates the millions of Irish immigrants around the world, made from blending Irish whiskey, Cognac and honey. Subdued aromas of honeycomb and sweet spice follow onto a light, silky palate with an initial burst of honeycomb, becoming drier towards the finish with gentle spices adding depth and concentration. Good persistence, as the honey, spice and vanilla theme plays out into the aftertaste. A light, nicely poised honey liqueur that avoids being overly sweet. We’d like to have seen more of the spirit base coming through. . Try with hot or iced tea, soda with a slice of lemon or mix with your favourite Irish Cream liqueur. 30% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... Light amber hue. Nose is very softly perfumed. In the mouth, this delicate liqueur is manageably sweet and round, offering hints of yellow fruit and honey. Ideal for people who don’t care for icky-sticky liqueurs. Rating: 80-85 points - www.wineenthusiast.com

...Deep golden color. Mild aromas of vanilla, toasted bread, and clover honey follow through on round, supple entry to a mildly sweet medium-to-full body with note of whisky malt, sweet praline, and hay. Finishes with gently peppery, honey and wet stone accented fade.
