A new release from this centuries-old vermouth company (the producers of Carpano Antica Formula). It employs both wormwood and a native herb of Crete for balanced bitterness, while a dose of citrus helps lighten the finish.

Tasting note: Bright pale straw colour with a green tinge. Fresh, lifted aromas of ripe grapefruit, dried herbs, orris root and delicate bitterness. Breezy flavours reflecting the bouquet are dry, clean, grapey. Finishes invigorating, delicately floral / bitter with hints of home-made lemonade in the aftertaste.
