Reputedly the first gin to combine quintessential juniper notes with traditional Japanese botanicals including yuzu peel, shiso leaf, sansho pepper, sesame seeds and cucumber. Each botanical is vacuum distilled by Cambridge Distillery’s co-founder and master distiller Will Lowe at low temperatures to retain the delicate flavours. The 'London meets Tokyo' theme is extended to the eye catching packaging, printed in Cambridge, one bottle at a time, using traditional silk-screen techniques.

Tasting note: Crystal clear. Initially muted with plasticine and woody / bark like opening scents developing to a subtle and elegant bouquet of wasabi pepper and ginger over restrained juniper. Light bodied, gently peppery with mild juniper and sake-like flavour and texture concluding fresh, dry and vibrant with hints of oiliness in the fade.
