80/20% Victoria/Tumbarumba. Super clean, fruit-driven sparkling with subtle creamy yeast overtones that can't put a foot wrong. The producer is one assured sparkling maker who knows what drinkers want. Dusty cherry, pomegranate. The bead is strong, acidity cuts through well and the strawberry crush flavour is just so tasty.
