Tasting note: This 'Summer Gin' is infused with locally grown saffron, post distillation, giving the liquid a brilliant yellow-golden hue. The bouquet includes hints of wood shavings, saffron, lemon peel, fresh thyme and juniper, followed by a light-to-medium bodied anise, juniper and dried herbal delivery.
