Brimoncourt Extra Brut Champagne
This Champagne has been made exclusively from Grand Cru terroirs and dosed with only 2 grams of sugar per litre. Frothy white mousse with a pale gold base wine colour. Profuse and exceptionally fine bead. Toasty dried honey scents intermingle with pear, baked bread, almonds and yeasty aromas. The palate has a refreshing line of acidity that runs through the broadly textured flavours of baked bread, oily toast, almonds, citrus, subtle dried honey and yeast lees. Oily, almost creamy like texture with a very dry, precise finish. Long oily baked bread, toast, citrus, cashew and yeast lees aftertaste.
