Made from a blend of 78% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Pinot Gris, 5% Chardonnay and 3% Gewurztraminer. A fine satiny mousse holds well over a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold edges. Fine and very persistent bead. Lifted pear and red apple scents intermingle with baked bread, citrus and spice notes. Possessing good weight and a creamy like texture the palate features pear and baked bread flavours over yeast lees, citrusy sherbet and apple like characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a moreish aftertaste.
