Borgo Molino Organic Prosecco DOC

A frothy mousse holds well over a very pale straw coloured base that has a fine bead of persistent bubbles flowing through it. Ripe pear scents rise out of the glass intermingling with some honeysuckle, green apple and lime scents along the way. Light, fluffy and airy in its feel the palate features pear and apple fruits over a subtle baked bread and lime back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long thirst quenching aftertaste.
