Bordiga Maraschino Liqueur (700ml)

A well-known liqueur made with sweet “Marasche” cherry pits, from which it takes its name. Bordiga's uses both Marasca and Amarena cherries - the whole cherry, including stems, branches, leaves, and the addition of a Madagascar vanilla bean. All the infusions are done separately, then blended and redistilled. Summed up by one reviewer as "...a supremely complex Maraschino that blows Luxardo out of the water", it's often drunk as a digestive but also thirst quenching if diluted with water or orange juice. Try it in an Aviation, but also fits neatly into a Martinez. 24% Alc./Vol.
