Deep brassy / copper colour. Smells convincingly of nougat with hints of roasted nuts. Silky and slightly glycerous in texture, the palate is light to medium bodied, with a moderately concentrated nougat profile that avoids being overly sweet. Finish is clean but a little short and thin, followed by a delicate, though persistent nougat aftertaste. 18% Alc./vol.
