Belgrove Distillery Wholly Shit Rye Whisky (500ml)

Peter Bignell often says, "When you drink a bottle of my whisky, you're tasting my farm". 'Wholly Shit' takes this ethos (and recycling) to the next level: The sheep on Bignell's property eat spent distillery grain; their dried dung is then used to dry the rye instead of peat. Reportedly aged for three years, this is a follow up release to the cask strength original. Flavour wise, it's said to evoke peanut, sesame, toffee, honey, vanilla, hessian sacks and lots of smoke.
