A collaboration between the team at Orrsum Spirits and Tipjar, this five year old bourbon was specially bottled for the Australian Hospitality Relief Fund. The group sourced a bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits providing donation support from every bottle sold, directly to the TipJar Fund. Giving a tip, no matter how big or small, helps provide a life-changing opportunity for disadvantaged and marginalized people around the country while ensuring the strength and future of our Australian hospitality industry that went through the most turbulent of times during the pandemic. 200 bottles were released. 57.65% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the bottlers... This 5-year Kentucky Bourbon has a nose of brown sugar, lightly carbonated cola, pecan, tootsie roll and cinnamon bread pudding. The palate comes in with cinnamon Red Hots, wood tannin, pecans, churro, guajillo chili, and hints of cinnamon apple crisp. The finish is dry with cinnamon and light oak.
