Bakery Hill's second Seasonal Release comes out of a fresh Muscat Cask filled with six year old Peated Whisky. A further two years maturation in French Oak has produced a delightfully sweet, salty and peated malt. The sweetness of the wine is balanced with the rich, earthy and delightfully smoky elements of Bakery Hill's distillate. 280 bottles were drawn from the barrel. 48% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producer... Colour: Hazy Golden Syrup. Nose: Rich Coconut, Caramel, Three Dimensional Fruit Salad, Hint of Sweet Smoke, Touch of Mint. Palate: Burst of summer fruit, Sweet, Salt Water, Creamy Pavlova, Rich Marmalade, Campfire Cooking. Finish: Lingering sweet saltiness, mouth coating richness, long decadent finish.
