Baitz Maraschino Liqueur (500ml)

This sweet, colourless liqueur is produced by the distillation of fermented Amarasca cherries and their crushed kernels. It is a particularly sour style of cherry, consequently, sugar is usually added before fermentation. The aroma is enhanced using Neroli or flower blossom extracts. It has an intense cherry aroma with a strong background of cherry blossom that continues onto the palate.
