Notes from the bottlers... Nose: lemon citrus, bright, malty and chocolatey, ginger, syrupy. Palate: juicy and elegant, vanilla biscuits, malty, a touch of brine with the softest of smoke. With water, it opens up more fruits. Plenty of coastal characters!
