Based in Wyong on the NSW Central Coast, nestled between the green hills of the Yarramalong Valley, Amber Lane has evolved into a project with a simple, down to earth ethos that focusses on end-flavour. The all-Bourbon oak matured 'Ambrosia' weighs in at 48.5% and comes non chill filtered.

Notes from the producers... Aromas of honey crepes, vanilla and citrus drops. To taste - lemon sherbet, apple pie with custard, vanilla nougat, baked cheesecake, barley sugar, toffee, cinnamon and strawberries and cream. A luscious sweet lingering finish.
