A mouth filling Franciacorta with crisp acidity and a long, dry, pillowy finish.

A blend of 80% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Nero and 1% Pinot Bianco aged on lees for 3 years. A fluffy mousse fades into a very pale straw coloured base that has green tinted edges and a fine persistent bead streaming through it. Pear, apple, baked bread and yeast lees scents flow from the glass followed by hints of citrus and spice. Delicious pear and apple fruits meld into a baked bread, yeast lees and roasted almond back drop. Mouth filling, cream tinged feel with crisp acidity and a long, dry, pillowy finish.
