This medium dry sparkling wine was made from the Prosecco grape. The mousse is impressive with a creamy bead and holds well in the glass. Very fine persistent bead, with pale straw base wine. The nose delivers delicate aromas of confectionary and citrus with a hint of nougat. Good palate weight, with creamy palate. Aftertaste of lemon, nougat and confectionary.
