Tasting note: Amber gold. A tad sulphury - match box and gingery spirit flare…Pickled onions, dried grass, unripe fruits. A touch of butyric but relieved by the surge of spicy sugars at the finish. Atypical for this distillery. 56.2% Alc./Vol.
