Brilliant water like colour with a very faint glimmer of green around the outskirts. Light pear and citrus aromas meet up with hints of green apple and subtle spice. Fresh pear, citrus and green apple flavours finish dry with a dash of spice. Texturally linear with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
