5 Nines Rare Dry Gin (750ml)

David Pearse and Steven Griguol work from the Adelaide Hills with an aim to create the perfect spirit - hence the name "5Nines" = 99.999% perfection. Their gins include a mix of juniper, coriander seed, orange, native desert lime, native pepperberry, cardamom, angelica, cassia and native quandong.

Tasting note: [Batch 2] Oddly sweet at first (cereals, honey), brief of air contact freshens the nose releasing hints of juniper, pepper, distant peppermint and citrus peel. All very subtle. Mouthfilling, with near zero burn. A nice medley of citrus, coriander and chamomile-like flavours as well as white pepper and juniper. Lovely texture. 40.9% Alc./Vol.
