2025 Windowrie The Mill Pinot Noir

A juicy, brambly Pinot Noir with a relatively straight forward fruit driven conclusion.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Pretty aromas of violet, ripe cherry and strawberry mix with hints of rhubarb and spicy bramble like notes. Juicy red cherry, rhubarb and strawberry fruits overlay a brambly dried herb and spice back drop. Polished tannins and fresh underlying acidity with a relatively straight forward fruit driven conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Lots to like with this excellent value Pinot Noir. The colour is quite a shimmering crimson complemented by lovely aromatics, which open with cherries, followed by florals and raspberries. Sleek and supple in structure, there is good focus and a fine line of acidity. The wine is of medium length, finishing with silky tannins. Enjoy this over the next three to five years. Drink 2025-2030.
