2025 William Downie Cathedral Pinot Noir

Juicy and fresh with a youthful, fruit driven finish.

Deep dark red core with a vibrant purple red tinged hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry, raspberry and red liquorice scents make their way out of the glass trailed by some dried herb and rhubarb notes. Delicious ripe cherry, red liquorice and strawberry fruits make a juicy entrance with subtle rhubarb, dried herb and earth elements sitting in the background. Fine grained tannins with a fresh, youthful, fruit driven finish.
