2025 Warrabilla Small Batch Fiano

Intensely flavoured and fabulously textured with a long crisp, slatey finish.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Lime and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some citrus, fresh herb and stony mineral notes. Intensely flavoured, the palate is bristling with crunchy lime and green apple fruits. Fabulous textural volume with infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements lingering through the back half. Crisp acidity with a slatey feel to the long scrumptious finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
